Rule Delegation and Production Rulesets

·         Rule delegation can be done from the Actions drop down (In Rule form) by selecting the options ‘Add to Favorites’ or ‘Delegate’

·         When we delegate a rule, this rule will be available for modifications by the business users

·         Delegated rules will be available with hyperlinks in a predefined section ‘Delegated Links’, which is available in @baseclass

·         When accessing the delegated rules, business users can modify these rules and check-in back

·         When delegating a rule make sure that the respective rule set will be left unlocked in the production environment

·         We can create a separate rule set for delegated rules and can add this ruleset in the application rule form under ‘Production Rulesets’ (Customization)

·         All the production rulesets will be left unlocked.
